I provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support to Akinika. I have exposure to a large array of technology. • Developing and creating Customer facing IVR’s. Interacting with an SQL Database. • Taking leadership and focusing on our Aspect Dialler (UIP v7.1 and v7.2) and Avaya PBX. • Building and developing the Company’s Website and Internal Chronicle using HTML5/CSS3. • Providing 2nd/3rd line Technical Support to a range of employees • Liaising with outside suppliers and professionals. • Windows Server Environments, Virtual Environments, Exchange servers, AD and group policy.

• Maintaining and developing a case-handling software called 'Proclaim' • Liaising with professionals within the company and through external channels • Providing 1st line technical support • Exposure to SQL and C# programming languages • Working to deadlines

During this qualification my specialist subject was ICT and Computing. I taught at Runshaw College on placement and delivered a varied level of IT to a wide array of students. This experience taught me valuable lessons in being professional towards fellow colleagues, students and parents.

Throughout this course I developed my knowledge of C++, Java and some Visual Basic programming language. I was able to spend some time performing design work, creating images, maps and characters for our projects. We also spent time looking at databases and improving our Maths.
