Work Package leader of Offshore Methanol synthesis process. Development of process concept of Methanol synthesis process which is suitable to off shore environment. H2-Mare project is Germany's one of the three flagship project of Hydrogen production. H2 Mare Project is a central contribution of the Federal Ministry of Educational and Research (BMBF). Project focuses on producing Hydrogen and capturing CO2 in offshore environment. From this producing power to x product is also included in H2 Mare Project.

As a Graduate Student Research Assistant I have been working on Process and Instrumentation Diagram and Plant Engineering, I have also worked on Redesign and Optimization for an innovative methanol synthesis diagram.

The main aim of this thesis to produce methanol at low temperatures and low pressure. For this, a three-phase methanol synthesis process is used. The main goal of this thesis to the start-up of a pilot plant for this innovative methanol synthesis process developed at DBI Gas- und Umwelttechnik GmbH. After construction and commissioning testing of the pilot plant, methanol synthesis experiments at low pressure and low temperature are performed.

Development of a coupled process for the use of CO2 for the energetically optimized use of methanol. Construction of the Pilot Plant for an Innovative Methanol Synthesis Process. Designing of Symbols as per DIN EN ISO 10628-2 standards in Solid Edge for P&ID diagrams. Construction of P&ID diagram for new processes in Solid Edge. Literature Research about Exhaust Hydrogen Gas Cleaning (Purity: 99,999999%) from Epitaxi Process.

Working on Micro plastic injection molding machine. Design of parts on Solid works. Simulation of process on Autodesk Moldflow.
