Daryl is an experienced executive search professional who, over a talent acquisition career spanning more than 15 years and some of the UK recruitment industry’s leading brands, has been mandated to recruit to all core business functions and for an array of sectors on behalf of clients in the UK and internationally. Daryl’s earlier career included EMEA finance and commercial roles for global US & UK corporations. Prior to NJR he was a Senior Partner and Board member of a global executive search business, subsidiary of a c.£1bio turnover PE backed group, providing a suite of professional and executive recruitment services, including search, talent and interim management solutions. With an extensive international network he has recruited for large global businesses as well as supported ambitious Founders to achieve their growth objectives. Reflecting his PE relationships, appointments made have often played critical roles in significant shareholder value creation and exit success.
