Every semester is splitted into three month of studying at university and three month of working in your company, in my case Siemens in Karlsruhe, Germany. Therefore, you gain theoretical and practical knowledge during studies. I gathered experience in different departments like Logistics, Controlling, Procurement and Sales Controlling in Beijing, China.
