Kienbaum Consultants International is an HR-Advisory and Management Consulting enterprise, that puts People at the heart of its consulting portfolio. Our Singapore branch is acting as the regional head office for Asia and the Pacific (ex-Japan), from where we also cover India and Sri Lanka. Within the last two decades, we successfully delivered more than 1,400 projects in Executive Search and Talent Management.

As an Associate Consultant with Mercuri Urval Asia, based in Singapore, my role focused on Executive Search and Strategic Recruitment mandates in South East Asia. Within my engagement with the company, I managed and executed the entire assignment value chain in a 360-degree approach. Furthermore, I have led Executive Assessments (DIN / ISO certified) for selection and development purposes.

During my time with the multinational, thyssenkrupp, I worked for the Global Headquarters in Essen as well as for the Regional Headquarters for South East Asia in Singapore. In both roles, I focused on Digital Recruitment strategies and HR-Analytics. In Asia and the Pacific, I was assigned to integrate modern and digital recruitment solutions across 13 countries in the region.

I started my career with an industrial manufacturer of staple fibre yarn machines based in Aachen, Germany. The company belonged to the Oerlikon Textile segments and was the market leader in their field. I started with the company as a management trainee (German apprenticeship program) and successfully graduated with my first diploma as a certified industrial clerk. I stayed in the company as a Financial Controller for another four years, while studying and graduating from my studies in Economics.
