Valued, marketed and sold a 6-storey multi-residential apartment property located in the west end of Vancouver. Valued, marketed and sold an industrial property situated in Prince George.

Provided analytical support for capital and property market transactions and advisory assignments. Involved in the execution of a variety of transaction types including IPOs, equity underwritings, mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory assignments, in addition to the underwriting of over $3.4 billion of real estate across Canada.

Analyzed potential acquisitions/dispositions and development opportunities. Assisted in the negotiation, due diligence and disposition of a 37,170 sf office building. Analyzed the financial covenants of potential tenants. Analyzed and maintained the commercial property debt portfolio and Dyna models. Assisted in the development of the annual business plan and budget. Provided analytical support for leasing staff, accountants and asset managers.

Real Estate (Real Property Development) focused MBA. Obtained additional Graduate Diploma in Real Property Development. Completed Strategic Analysis of a leading Canadian Real Estate Advisory firm, with c.$6.1Bn AUM.
