• Responsible for the implementation and coordination of specific training and development initiatives for Baxter BioScience Belgium. • Creating and implementing training methodologies, training modules, systems for tracking, registration and evaluation. • Owner of all training-related project management. • Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and quality procedures, participate in audit situations (internal and external, as well as FDA inspections) • Manage and motivate 5 trainers

External HR Consultant (through USG HR Forces) R&S dept • Ownership of the complete R&S process (sourcing, screening, interview, assessment, salary negociation, contract signature) for the Wholesale Business Line. SPOC for the following internal clients : Financial Markets, Investment Management, Commercial Finance and FM IT Support (specific IT support to the financial markets: C++, Sophis Toolkit, Murex, Functional analysts, Infra, Architecture) • Co-ownership of the R&S strategy for the Wholesale BU

• Expat Recruitment : Manpower Inc large accounts: Coordinating R&S activities for Belgian, Dutch, French and Spanish candidates willing to relocate abroad (permanent placements) – IT and HR profiles • Contacts with local recruitment channels and external agencies. Proactively researching new possible channels (specific communities, chambers of commerce,...). • Reallocations and outplacements. • Give visits to externals and conduct presentations • Participation to seminars and jobfairs

• Recruiting: multilingual contact center agents, staff and management functions (finance, HR, Team Managers, Quality Monitors, Trainers, Reception). • Defining type of contract per project and function. • Assessment & Development Centers - middle management : composing, developping, organizing, follow-up. • Detecting internal potentials and developping career plans in collaboration with the Training & Development Dept. • Managing in-house structure with temp agency (Randstad).

• Reporting to Contact Center Managers and Delivery Managers. • Management and coaching of a call agents team (20/25 agents): following up the service levels, the productivity (for invoicing purposes), quality control, daily follow-up of the results, planning, HR issues related to the staffing/forecasts from the client, recruitment, dealing with conflicts. Training the operators about products and services, tools, call handling techniques, etc…
