Responsible for the monthly Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis of the business Budgeting Projections Continued Process improvement Internal process & controls

Key responsibilities: • Reporting directly to Financial Controller & managing accounts payable & accounts receivable teams. • Management accountant role to assist with and oversee the month end process & improve the current processes. • Month end tasks • Cash flow Forecasting • Focus on implementing improvements to business processes • Preparation of quarterly VAT return

Key responsibilities: • Working within a close team and reporting directly to Controller of Special Projects and Vice President of Global Financial Systems. • Managing three cost centres o coding, reviewing and uploading supplier invoices o reviewing & editing accruals on a monthly basis o analysing actual costs to forecast & budget o reforecasting costs if applicable o assisting in the preparation of budgets o review and amend detailed GL breakdowns provided by outsourcers on monthly basis

Key responsibilities: • Reporting directly to Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer. • Preparation of monthly and annual financial reporting and audit completion. • Preparation of month end accounts & supporting schedules. • Cash flow planning and management. • Working with non finance departments. • Preparation of joint venture accounts on a monthly basis. • Key stakeholder engagement - presenting to the board
