Validation of a method for extraction of a synthetic growth regulator (Paclobutrazol®) used in mango cultivation by liquid chromatography (HLPC). The method was highly effective for paclobutrazol determination, both in mango and soil probes, which allowed to certify a mango free of growth regulator for human consumption.

    Performance of physical exercise in mice as a prophylactic intervention for thrombosis and use of hyperbaric oxygen as a treatment. The combination of both interventions showed being more effective in reducing arterial thrombosis in mice. Preparation of cryosections for identification of markers involved in thrombus resolution by immunofluorescence. Project developed concomitant with teaching of bachelor students and mentoring of a master student.
