In my master thesis I was analyzing customer behavior at Topregal and applied and compared multiple machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine and Neural Networks to predict customer churn. In addition to my master thesis, I supported Topregal on their E-Commerce and digital marketing operations. I was especially focusing on marketing analytics using Google Analytics and helped to improve the SEM performance.

Supported the team with operating and rolling out a structural approach to manage potential risks within their supply chain. I was calculating key risk indicators and monitoring the progress of corresponding countermeasures on SKU level. I also optimized and automated the way the risk figures were calculated, so that we were able to roll out the risk management approach faster and more efficient.

As a student project team we were supporting the production department to improve their planning processes in several workstreams.

Together with the Fraunhofer Institute we developed a maturity model to evaluate the lean management and Industry 4.0 maturity of manufacturing companies. Project results were published in the ZWF magazine (magazine for economic factory operation, edition: 01-02 / 2017.

OSCAR GmbH is Europe's largest management consultancy run by young graduates. Running two projects - value stream analysis at a production site of paper processing company and business process modeling and optimization at a large facility management group.

Supported the team of auditors evaluating supplier performance, reporting audit results and monitoring progress on action lists to improve supplier readiness.
