In my second stage at Bershka I continued with my sales assistant tasks and was also in charge of the reception of new merchandise and stockroom management.

In this opportunity, I returned temporarily to provide remote support for the data entry team of Chile and Brazil.

Customer assistance, cash desk duty and restocking of the shopfloor were some of my tasks. I was also RFID responsible, and the main person in charge of preparing and managing online orders.

I developed as analyst and data entry assistant working with the majority of subsidiaries in South America, constantly facing new challenges and acquiring new responsibilities. A special project that I was in charge of, was creating a process manual for the data entry division.

Internship providing counselling and information to companies and individuals at the taxation and collection office of BPS (Social security state bank).

I worked providing assistance and counselling to customers, by phone and email, at the customer support centre of the commercial state bank of Uruguay (BROU). Showing great analytic skills and customer relationship, made me quickly move towards more complex and interesting cases.
