Responsible for production plans and schedules, conduct analyses to establish projections for different aspects of production, inventory management. Maintain company relations with suppliers, negotiate delivery date. Review production progresses, work to eliminate delays by expediting materials shipments, revise production schedule changes due to labor shortages or other production issues.Requires being proactive, good personal skills, and being able to work as a part of the team

Determine methods to increase productivity in manufacturing. Observe the production environment and evaluate different productivity index in order to make suggestions to executives on how to improve the performance of the manufacturing process being sensitive of costs and time.

Work with suppliers to ensure delivery of materials needed to complete projects; supplies must meet quality specifications. This role also required to negotiate prices and handled the import materials and equipment.

Among the responsibilities of this position are guarantee the adequate calibration and good performance of quality measures equipment, analysis of data from the quality tests and take action together with the production department, evaluate quality standards of new prototypes, standardized quality internal procedures and tests with global quality procedures.
