- Preventive maintenance of equipment as such as pumps, fans and drivers, manufacturing new components and setting their original conditions. - Plant shutdowns preparation, organizing the right tools and technical drawings, performing the tasks in team to assure on-time performance. - Heading of corrective maintenance, taking leadership initiative to restore equipment to an operational condition for in-service operation, always mind on the team safety.

- Planning and scheduling of preventive orders for a team of mechanics specialized in rotating equipment, managing the backlog, writing and taking action plans to control. - Weekly feeding of databases generating performance reports, used by the leadership to identify gaps in the team skills and sort it out. - Leadership of teams during plant shutdowns, guaranteeing the task success and managing commissioning start, avoiding delays.
