Global Supply Chain Transformation Project which consisted in the construction of the second largest manufacturing facility of The Hershey Company, transfer and start up of 14 chocolate production lines, 5 packaging lines and utilities, achieved production start up targets and reached key savings milestones; Hiring and training staff (9 direct and 140 indirect reports). Annual budget generation and control c. USD $12 Million, establish, improve and execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance

Challenging project whose primary objective was to prepare the company for exponential growth. It included a carefully planned approach to expand the facility, buy and install new production lines, utilities and miscellaneous equipments, looking always for new technologies. Developed and improved business processes increasing the efficiency of the Chipotle Sauce production process. Optimizing productivity and improving manufacturing costs, by providing a new overall process design.

Implemented continuous improvement methodologies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs having as a result a 30 per cent reduction of labor, a 25 per cent increase in productivity and efficiency and a 10 per cent reduction of scrap and rework compared to the previous year. Elaborated risk assessment, including hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, for the health and safety of both company staff and the wider community.

Innovation projects in order to improve bulk cement delivery times, achieving a 25 per cent increase in number of trips per transport vehicle. Implemented operational methods, trainings and procedures hat reduced transportation accidents 19 per cent.

Guarantee cement on time deliveries thru north México; Hire and manage local carriers in order to cover the excess demand; Execute and monitor shipping plans ensuring vehicles availability.

Audits to GE Medical suppliers and contractors. Coordinated several projects in order to reduce suppliers lead times
