Responsible for the implementation and execution of the FME Compliance Program in the region EMEA together with a team of regional and local Compliance Professionals. Besides the purely operational focus on Compliance, this role includes driving global collaboration amongst various stakeholder at FME to further shape the program (also as part of the US monitorship), always with the objective to be risk appropriate while being fully integrated for intuitive application by the Business organization.

Supervision, management and instruction of direct reports, Compliance Professionals on regional level as well as Local Compliance Officers on local level, within region Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. On top of daily responsibilities, project based team lead with respect to e.g. setup and implementation of a global compliance hotline as well as the development and rollout of a global third party due diligence tool and process.
