Responsible for the technical condition & operational integrity of two container vessels. This includes ensuring that the vessels comply with international maritime legislations, classification society regulations and company’s policy regarding safety and quality. Supervising daily operations of maintenance works & repairs while providing technical assistance. Exploring solutions to machinery problems and managing defects, conducting risk assessments to develop preventive action & maintenance plans.

Installing & terminating network cabling at industrial / commercial infrastructure and testing using Fluke test equipment; Furthermore, installing fire protection and security systems equipment;

Assisting Superintendent to daily support to the vessels, procurement of spares and maintenance of vessel inventory; Coordinate Superintendent to execute Classification surveys, dry-dockings and Retrofits; Review vessel's ISM reports; Coordinate Superintendent to prepare dry-docking specifications; Visiting the vessels and reporting on general condition, repairs and maintenance, crew performance, safety and environmental protection; Undertake additional technical related assignments;

Assisting Senior Technician in cast iron repairs (Metalock procedure) and Diesel Generator engines complete overhaulings;

Conducting Thickness Measurments (UTM) surveys certified as level II operator based on SNT-TC-1A standards in Nondestructive Testing (NDT); Steal repair weight estimation and supervision of all the repair progress; Hull condition surveys;
