Analyze and optimize the production processes with emphasis on time and personnel capacities with REFA methodologies • Calculation of ‘Should time’ and ‘Is time’ for different processes • Study and analyze problems invaluable time in production process and provide possible solutions • Assist purchasing team to build contacts with Indian supplier
