Leads a big initiative called Holistic Margin Management (HMM), which is a major cross-functional program to optimize costs and reduce waste in every aspect of the business. Contributes to the overall business direction and strategy, and leads several cross-functional projects.

Led a virtual (cross-country & cross functional) team to design and implement the new Demand Management & Control Process for General Mills EMEA.

Implemented SAP and contributed to the business development. Led the integration of the General Mills and Pillsbury businesses in the region after the merger of the two companies.

Re-engineered customer services delivering reduced complexity and costs for manufacturing and improved customer satisfaction as expressed by Net Promoter Score.

Engaged in business strategy, process reengineering and supply chain operations projects in the food and pharma industries.
