Dipl.-Ing. Disha Tupe

As Scientific Researcher, I bring a blend of academic and industry experience. During PhD, i am studying deformation analysis of injection molded short fiber reinforced composites using FEA simulation, as well as material and component testing. Being part of the EU project INKplant, I am responsible for testing additively manufactured prototype,structural simulations to obtain optimum designs and material selection for individualized implants. I am efficient in design process from pre-scope activities to production of products & have experience in designing injection molded plastics components. In my role as a Mechanical Architect for projects, I specialize in design and application of plastics. I have experience in 3D modeling, design for manufacturability, and engineering material selection. I am a keen communicator and employ creative problem solving to overcome engineering challenges. I am also passionate about addressing key concerns and presenting mutually beneficial solutions.
