Experience of management by division in the course of reorganization of organizational structure and management of a credit and deposit portfolio in non-standard conditions is gained.

Planning, organization, direct participation in process of attracting of new clients in segment of the small and medium enterprises (income from 1 to 20 million EUR per year) on a bank loans, deposits, settlement and cash service, in entrusted region – Crimea. Estimation of solvency, credit risks on potential and current clients of bank. Monitoring of a portfolio credits and deposits of the region. Maintenance and development of relations with bank clients.
