I am a scientific entrepreneur working in the area of physical artificial intelligence. I develop artificial lifelike materials that reproduce the function of biological neural networks. My goal is to create an artificial brain that would process information like real biological brains. This particular type of physical AI is expected to become The Next Big Thing after computer-simulated AI and Quantum Computers. As a director of Research and Development, I design and implement a research program aimed at the creation of artificial intelligence accelerators. I lead a small team of scientists and engineers. I have discovered a new kind of natural self-constructing epitaxial oxides on silicon. I have characterized crystallographic and dielectric properties of this new class of oxides.
