ICA is one of the largest and most established coach training schools worldwide. We were the first Australian school with ICF accreditation, and the first coaching school to run a fully Chinese developed, ICF accredited program.
The Leadership Coach Alliance is a network of professionals committed to helping organisations shape a successful future through the development of authentic and sustainable leadership. LCA was born out of a need for effective and measurable leadership development programs that are aligned to organisational strategy and goals. Through our network structure, LCA has a reach across Australia, and internationally.
