Work primarily as end-user support for anesthesia personnel to help CRNA’s and M.D.’s navigate the AIMS module in various settings - each of which necessitated slightly different Epic workflow adaptations and device integration solutions. Conscientiously modify the degree of end-user supervision according to each person’s needs to enhance overall group success and encourage individual confidence.

Work in the hybrid cardiac catherization lab - an Hospital Outpatient Department (HOD) - that demanded fluency in several Epic modules - Inpatient (CPOE and ClinDoc); Radiant; Cadence; Ambulatory; Resolute; OpTime/AIMS. Help staff nurses and physicians overcome emotional barriers to buy-in and rapidly acquire functional proficiency with the new system.

 Led and encouraged a more collaborative approach to workflow management of a 12-room operating room suite at a 758-bed tertiary care facility as a Board Runner resulting in efficient case turnover and reported increased satisfaction amongst fellow OR personnel.  Voluntarily invested in my professional development by attending distant training seminars that taught advanced ultrasound and neuroanesthesia management techniques. \
