In this position I have been managing Department for Development Project Management Methodology, Project Planning and Controlling within corporate PMO. Also I was in charge of establishing Project Management Office, developing and implementation internal Project Management Methodology based on PMI PMBOK Guide. Also charged for monitoring, controlling and reporting.

In this position I was in charge for bussines relationships and communication with external parties combined with strategic interest. This included government and non government organization, Regulatory authority, telco operators etc. This also included analysis and recommendations for better positioning and ensuring competitive advantages.

In this position I was responsible for assessment and recommendations new technologies of strategic interest. Major responsibilities: - Technology commercialization and assessment, - Recomendations for new services and products in fixed&mobile segments Major achievement: - establishing new services, - selection some technical solutions whose proved existence

In this position I managed regional department and I was in charge for overall optical transport equipment (access, regional and backbone) consisting of different configuration and vendors (Alcatel, Siemens, Sagem, Ascom/Keymile etc.). Additionaly arrangement for xDSL equipment and fiber optic. - Designing SDH and PDH transport system - Installation SDH, xDSL, PDH systems - Commissioning optical SDH transport systems - Operation and maintenance overall SDH, PDH and DWDM network

n this position I was responsible mainly for fiber optic regional network and customer installation. Also included maintenance and overall measurements. During this period, last two years additional arrangement also for overall transport systems (radio and optical) -Fiber Optic Network design -Fiber Optic System Design and Installation -Commissioning optical cable installation -Fiber optic cabling installation (splicing with Fusion Splicers, deployment etc.) -Measurement on fiber optic systems (OTDR ...)

In this position I was responsible for maintenance PDH and SDH transport system (optical and radio). -Operation and maintenance PDH and SDH transport systems -Maintenance of radio links – long haul, back-haul for Base stations, access links
