• Preparing Year End Financials for the entity, consolidation, review and publishing. • Coordination between the extremal Auditor and the business functions involved, in order to accomplish successful external audit in timely manner. • Consolidation of local GAAP Financials colleagues on the internal processes. • Overview over the monthly and year end accounting processes, to assure completion of the tasks. • Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end report for the Accounting and Finance Leaders.

• System Administration / Implementation on the ERP used across the company. • Work effectively with business leaders to proactively drive key initiatives to successful conclusion. • Provide oversight for the Balance sheet. Establish and own review processes to monitor the Balance sheet and identify/resolve any concerns arising. • Support for internal and external (KPMG) audits as required. • Ensure the quality of account reconciliations. • Manage internal controls, review risk metrics and self-assessment.

Manage and perform US GAAP general accounting activities. Month end closing activities. Assist in quarterly and monthly balance sheet and P&L review and prepare variance analysis. Lead and coordinate R2R activities with junior team members. Participate in accounting activities and projects for further improvement. Other tasks by the supervisors and managers.

Regional Accountant for Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, Kuwait, Romania, offices. Ensure all accounting policies and procedures as established by HQ Accounting are followed locally within your Region. Primary contact in the region regarding local accounting questions as they relate to policies and procedures.
