Responsible for Global End User Cloud Services P&L,1150+ staff across 19 countries, for large enterprise customers WW. Recruited to drive new Cloud Strategy and business transformation from legacy to Next Gen Cloud Workplace Management solutions, including Enterprise Mobility, BYOD, Microsoft O365-based Messaging & Collaboration Services. Responsible e2e for Cloud Services development, product management, infrastructure deployment, 24x7x365 operations functions.

Oversaw the development, deployment, and managed the operations of an innovative Enterprise-wide ITaaS Cloud Services delivery for enterprise messaging and collaboration to cover all 23 DHS agencies and its 230k employees. Oversaw the successful deployment of a complex next generation UC (Unified Communication and Collaboration) and video platform for TSA (47k Employees, 450 locations).

General Manager and Senior Director - Cisco Services – Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia. Responsibility expanded to own all functions of a $145M+ services P&L, emerging technology Solutions Acceleration Centres, and strategic alliances with 250+ staff for 65+ service providers across 112 countries. Grew bookings, revenues and margins at 15%, 28% and 61% YoY respectively.

General Manager and Senior Director - Cisco Services – Emerging Markets. Given increased responsibility for full P&L ownership for $125M+ services delivery P&L with 185+ staff for 50+ service providers across LATAM, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia. Grew bookings and revenue 32% and 18% YoY respectively while turning around a declining margins trend to high double digits.

Senior Director - Advanced Technology Practices/CoEs. Promoted to Senior Director to drive Centres of Excellence (CoE) and strategic alliances for new advanced technology solutions like Cloud, Video and Mobility across both Europe and Emerging Markets theaters. Pioneered and Launched Solutions Acceleration Centres to drive accelerated adoption of these solutions.

Various roles of increasing responsibility that included setting up a global Carrier Ethernet practice, establishing a PMO function and launching a services entity in India. Managed the deployment of Cisco’s largest $140M MPLS nationwide network for Deutsche Telekom.

Launched and established the Telco Consulting Practise and Global Strategic Alliances Program for Cisco’s IBSG consulting organization. Developed partner recruiting programs with compensation plans designed to drive partner loyalty. Recruited strategic alliance and channel partners to drive product and service absorption. Initiated an annual IBSG partner summit to drive exchange of best practises and thought leadership globally.

Progressive roles and responsibilities from senior software engineer to leading a channels group; incubating a global service provider services delivery group; and culminating in a cross-functional leadership role for Hewlett-Packard’s FIRST internet infrastructure “software” business unit.
