As a leader with 10+ years of experience in developing overall strategy and guiding operations, I have spent my career making ideas come alive. I have contributed as an engineer, technical lead, manager, mentor, executive, and strategist. Having this background allows me to understand each stakeholder’s concerns, build bridges, communicate with various teams and deliver solution in agreed scope on time and within budget. Big ideas come from everywhere. Encourage thinking, be open-minded, and pursue the best ideas wherever they originate. It takes creativity to think of a great idea, but it takes a leadership which makes champion and pursue the best idea, regardless of who came up of it. I have found that the team achieves full potential when the leader sets clear and high expectations, gives credit where it is desirable and represents a great example. If you build the great team, set them up for success, set the right goals and expectations and they will do amazing things.
