As Director, People Operations I have a key responsibility as part of the company's SaaS transformation. I am leading the design and execution of a first-class geographic Center of Excellence to support our global team and operations as a thought leader within the company. My role has also an operational component in which I lead as General Manager our company’s hub in Romania.
As an HR Business Partner, I am responsible for all areas of Human Resources for the Renewals and Inside Sales organizations in different locations across EMEA. I am also collaborating with subject matter experts for more detailed information and expertise on complex or unusual issues.
