A textile print designer with over 10 years professional experience Based on trends and industry research I develop new concepts for collections and seasonal themes for textiles and surfaces. My design process utilizes digital tools, hand illustration and painting to create a diverse range of textile designs, surface patterns, and motifs for the fashion and home decor industries. I have developed textile designs for a wide range of clients, from small luxury brands to global fast fashion labels.

At VONSP I oversee all creative, management and marketing decisions through to execution. Since VONSP is a small business I am running the creative part, that consists of ideation, design and development of collection concepts and print motifs as well as the financial management, negotiation of conditions, quality assurance and production. For research and sourcing reasons I visited international trade shows. Furthermore I oversee the international distribution, the customer network, Social Media and PR.

Realization of workshops - subject: print design and print techniques

While working as a freelance designer with LIEBESKIND Berlin and Plomo-o-Plata I was responsible for the ideation and design of the textile accessories and the development of print motifs. I oversaw the sampling and production, the implementation of standards, quality assurance and negotiation of prices and conditions. For research and sourcing reasons I visited international exhibitions and trade shows and supervised the Disney license for Plomo-o-Plata.

As a design assistant at WUNDERKIND I was responsible for ideation and design of the accessories, that includes bags, belts, shoes, scarves, hats, gloves and design of print motifs. I developed color and material concepts, was in charge of the merchandise management system, product and design releases and production and I oversaw the quality assurance, pricing, sales statistics and analysis. To organize fashion shows as well as for research and sourcing I did seasonal business trips to Paris and Bologna.

As a coordinator for accessories and embroidery I did design assistance for the womenswear and accessories collection as well as development of embroidery motifs. I executed the communication between design department and freelance designer, took care of our supplier network, developed worksheets and assisted and prepared the fashion show and showroom in Paris.

During my internship at WUNDERKIND I worked as an assistance in design department, pattern making and embroidery as well as in the sales and marketing department.
