• Undertake outbound calls to existing and prospect retailers to reduce non-compliance. • Provide thorough training to retailers to reduce non-compliance and better understanding of terminal processes. • Recruit stores to adopt various parcel services. • Build and develop strong working relationships with retailers.

During my time here I completed the pharmacy assistant’s course and gained excellent experience working under pressure whilst enhancing my customer service skills.

Here I worked alongside the kitchen staff to provide a high-quality service.

• Collecting accident reports and entering them onto a system for analysis • COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) Audit • Creating open points for tasks arising from inspections, surveys and safety tours • Maintaining records necessary for the running of the health, safety and environmental management systems • Arrangement of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) local branch meetings • Health and Safety Checklist Inspections • Environmental Workshop and Meetings

This involved promoting and selling tickets to the Taking Liberty events to the students in Leeds via social media and interaction.

My role here included independently managing the boutique and advising customers on their purchases.
