As a senior consultant I am responsible for liaising with both candidates and clients depending on their needs and providing support and training to other members of the company resource team. Day-to-day I remain in touch with candidates across the DACH region and elsewhere - understanding what things are important to them professionally and personally in order to best match them to the jobs our clients are currently hiring for.

As a resource consultant my main tasks include screening potential CV's and LinkedIn profiles of SAP experts looking for work in the DACH region. My main aim is finding the perfect position for the SAP expert and the right match for the clients. Our clients and candidates can expect professional, friendly, fair and honest approach from us.
