-Recruitment and Selection of sales force team in all regions of Brazil; -Recruitment of specialized professionals (doctors) for Pharmaceutical Marketing; -Recruitment of specialized professionals for Clinical Research Trial and Development – Clinical Research Assistants, Project Managers, Medical reviewer; -Recruitment of administrative professionals; -Lectures about the company and career opportunities at Pharmaceutical Universities all over the country; -Evaluation of positions and wages;

-Recruitment and Selection of all areas and activities -Training Coordination -Follow-up of staff and managers career planning -Evaluation of positions and wages -Performance assessment control by mans of the “Global Excellence Model” Program -Development of performance reports from the audit division -Auditors scheduling at clients, according to their expertise and performance areas -Control of working hours at financial accounting clients -Support to partners, managers and staff of all areas
