Mission / Design of a data processing tool (code in Excel VBA) to support the evaluation of Rolls Royce Instrumentation & Control Systems panel of suppliers – definition of user case scenarios, choice of performance indicators, design of the database, setting up monitoring procedures and action plans for the suppliers contributing to 80% of Rolls-Royce I&C orders.

Mission / Optimization (5S method) of the management and use of tools by the operators of the Micro Assembly workshop – inventory of more than 250 specific tools, implementation of visual aids for each of them, implementation of monitoring sheets designed with the help of operators, setting up procedures for monitoring and acquiring new tools, operators training. Team project, 3 people, 1 day a week during 3 months.
