Emanuela Bianco is co-founder and name partner of Saglietti Bianco, a highly specialized Italian law firm in intellectual property, recognized as a leading Italian and European “legal boutique“ above 50 years. With more than 15 years of expertise, Emanuela has been successful in multiple patents and trademarks disputes at both Italian and European courts, and one of the first professionals with an in-depth knowledge of international arbitration at patents and trademarks cases. As a strong advocate, Emanuela tackles cases with an analytical mindset and, with a proven track record, leverages argumentative techniques to put her clients in the best position to win cases. Emanuela holds a PhD from the University of Modena and Parma, Law School (Italy) and now is also teaching fellow on Private Comparative Law at University of Turin, Law School, Chair of Civil Law.
