In my work, I combine methods and techniques of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Scheme Therapy. In working with clients, I strive to provide the necessary safe environment filled with empathy, compassion, acceptance, and openness.
