- Implement new initiatives such as bi-weekly meetings amongst all payroll teams to monitor targets and achievements as well as the exchange of best practices to keep abreast of regulatory changes in Japan - Lead a team of 2 payroll officers and ensure accurate and timely management of a USD 3.2 million payroll on a monthly basis, while making sure that staff are motivated, monitored, and measured in line with company targets and performance standards

- Set up payroll, company pension plan, social and labour insurance administration for Japanese branch offices of multinational companies by liaising with customers, internal stakeholders such as accounting, legal, and taxation departments, as well as public authorities - Improve the efficiency of clients’ payroll and HR operation by workflow consultation and implementation of “Help Desk Services”

- Direct sales of package tours as well as travel and event tickets to group and individual customers, face-to-face and over the phone - Process customer complaints in accordance with company standards and prepare monthly claim activity reports to the management - Arrange and lead monthly team meetings to improve customer service for English speaking customers - Coordinate marketing activities with municipal organizations and negotiate sponsorship budgets with regional producers for gourmet-train tours
