I play the role of IT - Quality Assurance Lead where we make use of Agile Methodology in pushing the deliverable's faster to the market using the Continuous Delivery practice. We are implementing Behavior driven development in our project along with automated acceptance tests which runs in a continuous integration model and thereby shifting the testing to the left.

5 years of broad experience in Software Performance Engineering. Remarkable experience in Performance and QA Testing Methodologies and Best Practices. Mentored QA Performance teams globally across geography on server monitoring, bottleneck identification and providing recommendations.

Performance Testing of Mobile Applications (Native and Browser based) in BlackBerry RIM, Android and iOS based mobile devices and tablets designed using Sencha Frameworks. Real World Network conditions were simulated using HP Shunra WAN Emulator.

Member of Citibank – Performance Testing Centre of Excellence (Citi-PTCoE) where I completed more than 6 projects including Citi-Direct Global Transaction Portal System (GTS) high volume, resource intense application. Worked on Onshore – Offshore Global Delivery Model, where the tasks are assigned by the onshore team and deliverables are completed by offshore team and reported back to onshore.
