Scope and Responsibilities • Macro Level & Micro Level Planning of all activities • Planning of Manpower, Materials, consumables, etc., as required for executing daily activities. • Coordinate with the principals and site staff to get the job done as per the principal company’s requirement. • Interpreting drawings, technical data & checking of alignments and rectifying as per original dimensions • Key jobs: a. Servicing of turbines, erection of Gas compressors, Boiler feed pumps, miscellaneous pumps, By-
