• Preparing technical specifications of assets and managing the tender process • Administer all maintenance processes and strategies as well as prepare the architecture of action plans for critical situations • Forecasting and reporting of OpEx & CapEx budgets • Conducting preventative maintenance, on-site inspection, and corrective maintenance activities • Preparation of procedures, designation of roles and responsibilities • Coordinate suppliers and operations team about challenges and provide solutions.

• Interior & outdoor lighting design and calculation • Leading the materials procurement process and coordination with suppliers • LV and Extra LV electrical system design and engineering • Participating and managing meetings for projects with clients and being a contact person
