Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing business process solutions for clients. Supporting business development activities and leading scrum teams in projects.

Analyzing the status quo of business systems, creating improved processes and integrating digital technology into all areas of the business, moreover being part of fundamentally changing how the company operates and delivers value to customers, gave me the opportunity to use my business process improvement skills for the Controlling. My key responsibility is the establishment of performance standards, initiating corrective measures and regularly reporting the performance results to the management.

My main responsibility includes the improvement of systems by studying current practices; designing modifications and recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved processes and workflows. Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. I am solving organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, adapting and implementing a CRM business suite.

My main motivation for a stay abroad in Australia was to gain international work experience, and to improve my English skills. It was an unique experience to travel and explore while working in several roles in different industry sectors for nearly one year. I gained experience in efficient self-organization, to work in physically demanding work environment, project management, intercultural communication, and to work independently in state of chaos.
