Eric Kimathi

I am a Mechanical Engineer with a vast base of knowledge arising from 12 years of training - 5 years of education and 7 years of working experience. I am a perfectionist hence very organized, thorough and disciplined in whatever I do. My goal is always to leave a place better than I found it. I grew from an entry level engineering role to Production Manager in my last employment before leaving in October 2023 to pursue my Masters in Germany. My work experience has been in a motorcycle manufacturing company where I helped to develop and launch new motorcycle models, plan, set up and run manufacturing as well as provide aftersales engineering support. The notable skills I acquired include product design and analysis, root cause analysis, plant and process engineering, ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation, budget management, team management, performance reporting, production scheduling and control, quality management as well as project management.
