Responsibilities included P&L, relationship management, sales, delivery, Go-To-Market strategy and development of services offerings and industry solutions. Clients included JP Morgan Chase, Citi and FIS.

Accountable for client management, sales, and delivery of consulting services (business consulting, IT Architecture, IT Mgmt) to F100 clients. Led Business Transformation competency and development of services, including business strategy and architecture; business/IT performance; process re-engineering; organizational design; and global sourcing. Clients included Credit Suisse, Kodak, Nationwide, BlueSpark and Cardinal Health.

Various roles in business and IT consulting, IT project management and firm development for the 200 employee, management consulting and systems integration services firm. Member of team opening firm's European office. Clients included Philips Semiconductor, EquiLend, Nokia, PTC and a venture capital firm.

Started at NMP, which was acquired by AppNet. AppNet went public, was acquired by CommerceOne and became the technology provider's consulting and interactive services arm. Headed European office. Clients included the World Wildlife Fund, Memec, a European VC and a telecom.

Founded and developed Virginia chapter of the national non-profit organization dedicated to improving K-12 education through the effective use of technology.

Member of the $400M expressTRAK program at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), a re-design of the entire ordering, billing, and customer management process. Responsibilities consisted of activities across the entire software development life cycle to develop applications for Internet, EDI and CD-ROM based billing.

10 miles on a bike on a 100 degree Virginia summer day for a job interview at a start-up. As employee #1, I learned more than I ever could in class - or by joining a large company in my formative years - about running and growing a business, about working as a team, about leadership and about success and failure. I will be forever grateful about the opportunity and education given to me by the two founders.
