Succesfully maintained the multibillion multicurrency Guarantee exposure and conducted all operational activities during the holdiay of the Guarantee Manager. Manatained the Corporate SAP administrations and supported in the monthly Consolidations and Annual Report 2008. Supported the Corporate Tax & Treasury Manager in the global financing structure and Cash Management.

Trained, coached and supported the Treasury Controller in her new role. Rebuilt and improved Month End and Quarter End Treasury Reports to monitor the EUR 11b external debt. included effective Sox controls, improved communications and transparency in reconciliaiton, enabled, set up and executed the accounting part of the re-implementation of Quantum 4.4 (Sungard) towards Oralcle 11i.

Executed the complete Dutch Statutory process for the dozens of Dutch GE companies and documented adjustments from US Gaap in CaseWare.

Set up and monitored a Treasury Back office department in the EUR 12b transfer of OBS from Akzo Nobel to Schering Plough. Set up, executed and monitored the Treasruy Accounting and documentation processes, reconciled EUR 11b Cash, as Project Manager implementd Navision as the intermediate Treasury and Accounting system, reconciling with Oracle. Set up new processes for Cash Pool (zero-balancing) structures, intercompany Loans and Guarantees.

Set up, embedded and monitored the Treasury Back Office, implemented TremaOne as the Treasury system (as Project Manager) and supported the Cash up and refinancing exercises.

Monitored the complete, correct and timely execution and reconciliation of Treasury payments, supported in the project to set up, test and implement the acounting side of the SAP CFM Treasury modules in cooperation with Zanders, led the Aftercare project of 6 months to embed this in all procedures, activities and communications. Optimized the internal financial processes, oversaw contineous improvements in the automation with the online banking systems, arranged bank accounts authorisations.

Supported the Finance Director in the Year End 2003 consolidation.

Improved and optimized the internal financial processes and activities, especially the salary and pension administrations, recorded ithis in a new Handbook AO/IC, maintained the salary process in the Brunet system of Raet, trained 2 employees in the new processes.

Analyzed and described all company processes in Dyson Benelux and implemented own change proposals, optimized internal company processes.

Reconciled daily the administrations and cash flows of the Unlimited companies and subsidiaries in Integra-T and AccountView. Handled the Management Reports and Annual Reports 2002/03.
