• Provide the consulting services for Project Management, Configuration Management, Testing and Quality Assurance. • Ensure the consistent application of the project management methodology (PMI/PMBOK) and standards throughout the project lifecycle such as planning, implementation, and tracking of schedules, budgets, risks, and communications. • Identify, analyze and define the best practices for QA and Testing to be applied in projects. • Prepare presentations to customers. • Provide Presales Support

• Ensure the consistent application of the project management methodology (PMI/PMBOK) and standards throughout the project lifecycle such as planning, implementation, and tracking of schedules, budgets, risks, and communications. • Provide consultancy for System Integration, PLM, Software Quality Assurance, Test Management, Automated Testing, Configuration Management, Project Management, ITIL, CMMI and Business Consultancy. • Integrate technologies and consulting services from 3rd parties into the project

• Administration of the sales information of the BU PLM. • Pre Sales support, lead administration and tracking • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

• Report to the project steering committee (gedas, BAT UK and BAT MX) and the Global Project Office (PO) in London, UK. • Work closely with clients/k-users and consultants (Mexico, South Africa and United Kingdom) to map processes and identify alternatives. • Develop implementation plans and work with k-users to define the project scope. • Ensuring the consistent application of the project management methodology of gedas (g2LEAD based in PMI/PMBOK).

• Sales channel administration and definition of sales strategy for products and services related to SQA. • SQA Leader for larger scale IT projects the analysis, design and execution of manual and automated tests (functional, regression, volume, load, stress, etc…) using the Mercury Interactive products. • Definition and tracking of the master SQA project plan and its documentation, ensuring that the project deliverables are completed according to plans, ISO9001 procedures and within budgetary constraints
