Escalation management. • Monitoring project budgets, profit levels, maturity level of project and reporting to management. • VW ID3, Seat born, Mercedes E-Coupe, Renault Clio rear lamp projects hand overed to SOP within commercial & technical targets.

• Alignment of the departments (sales, purchasing, finance) with mother plant. • Sourcing new suppliers in China for group. • Critical investment (Capex) feasibility studies & reporting to management. • 1 new customer (lotus), 9 new suppliers gained to group.

• Management of quotation process to main OEM's by technically and commercially. Prepare CBD's. • To follow-up the price updates for serial production parts and spare parts. • Following-up the projects & serial products costs, profit levels & reporting. • Customer visits, build business relationships. • Nomination to Toyota CHR rear and headlamps project, 100 M€ additional turnover yearly. Experienced with Toyota, Renault, VW Group, Daimler, Stellantis Group.
