Eugenia Monroy

I am an innovation and growth project manager with management experience in the software, fintech and banking industries in the areas of launching new products, introducing new systems and managing projects at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service as well as Product & IT. I bring +5 years of experience of managing growth projects in digital companies incl.: - Planning and executing strategic go-to-market/ revenue operations projects for Xentral as employee no. 30 (By now: >90m EUR VC funding by, e.g. Sequoia Capital; 200 employees). - Developing and marketing End-to-End a new fintech product, qiip (By now: 3 million users), for one of the largest financial institutions in South America, Sura. By education, I have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Tec de Monterrey, Mexico) and an MBA in International Management (Cologne Business School, Germany). On a personal note, I love doing triathlons, adventuring new cultures and traveling.
