As the largest city of Turkey, Istanbul has been proclaimed “2010 European Capital of Culture” by the European Union Council in 2006. Since then, government has ably adopted a 2007 Law which sets a framework for Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency.

Conducted investigations in different fields of public sector from personnel policy to privatizations and reported directly to Prime Minister. Established a coordination board including inspectors/auditors from other ministries which works as a supervising authority to help eliminate discrepancies of approaches to corruption cases Worked on the subjects of economic and administrative reforms.

I worked as a Member of Board of Executives. Planned and programmed the divisions of the company to privatization process. Established a research committee on improving technological hardware of the company, increasing efficiency and preventing oil stealing.
