I worked for companies of all sizes, from small startups to big enterprises, and have launched and grown marketplaces, mobile applications, desktop software, SaaS, and platform products. I support the founders in creating a product value creation plan and evaluating and refining their product. I have been involved in the hiring of the first product-related roles and set up the MVP's agile development process, including a user research function.
I was responsible for managing Zenjob's core HR tech product with a double-digit million annual revenue and developing an all-in-one platform for internal tools and the company's first external API gateway. I led, scaled, and developed a team of product managers and business analysts.
I managed the highest-selling digital product portfolio of Germany's leading education company, with a triple-digit million annual revenue, and led the governance board for the digital transformation of the core business. My teams launched some of the company's most successful digital products.
I oversaw the development and management of Cornelsen's 10+ mobile EdTech tools, created and aligned the company's mobile product strategy, and introduced a new and universal subscription-based business model with a free trial to enable product-led growth.
I created the digital product vision and strategy for one of the company's sub-divisions, led teams through the ideation and development of an innovative 0-1 product, and convinced executives to provide the necessary resources.

I developed, owned, and drove strategic plans for the digital platform Coding Kids, created a business model and online marketing strategy, and defined the product's market positioning and value proposition. This was a part-time engagement in addition to my full-time job at Cornelsen.
I was in charge of establishing and launching a new product portfolio, creating the necessary teams from scratch, and leading them from ideation to launch and beyond. I played a key role in the company's digital transformation by being responsible for several internal products and serving as a trusted advisor to executive management.
I worked on several side projects for international clients, where I led key initiatives, drove product discovery and delivery, and defined success metrics and KPIs. I covered conversion, retention, and product growth, among others, and worked on platforms, integrations, and data products. These were temporary engagements in addition to my full-time job at Cornelsen.
I managed a portfolio of small, medium, and large product initiatives united under a clear product strategy and acted as a product management evangelist to build awareness and understanding of product development processes within the company.
