Fabienne Fox

I’m an interdisciplinary scientist with more than 6 years of experience in Data Analysis and Neuroscience. I have ample knowledge in analyzing big behavioral, (f)MRI, sensor- and questionnaire-based datasets of healthy and diseased individuals. During my doctoral studies, I study the relation between sensor-based physical activity, MRI and epigenetic markers of healthy ageing in the context of a large prospective cohort study. I have worked on setting up the workflow, quality control and analysis pipelines for sensor-based physical activity, gait and motor assessments using R and Git version control.
