The over all revenue sums up to 2MEuro. The contracts includes S.L.A., the engagement of local companies and it address generally Customer Satisfaction and Up-Selling.

Departamento: Ventas - Comercial, I was principally involved into Sales aspect with respect to the flows related to the generation of Tech and Commercial offers for covering company's investement occured at Beg of 2004 and to be processed and invoiced within 2004. The role inclued the partecipation to Steering commitee and the control of AGING and Third-Parties.

Departamento: Ventas - Comercial, I was managing the Account Plan for TIM-PERU. The over all activities summed up to 5MEuro. We reached a good cooperation schema with customers by having local support in place (5 persons) and by engaging remote factory for Start-Up of MISSION CRITICALS Business Support System into Commissioning, Billing and CRM systems, etc.

Departamento: Tecnología. Desarrollo de Software, I was looking after IT Projects with respect to TELECOM ITALIA INTERNATIONAL business. Mainly in Spain and South America (DIGITEL Venezuela). The role included the management of PROFIT&LOSS of project and the START-UP of new PREPAID PLATOFORM.

1 Month of special class for learning PROGRAM and PROJECT MANAGEMENT. The Class was constitued of 20 pupils selected by Atos all over the world (French, Chines, Italian, English, etc.) for reaching best cooperation and common understanding of rudimentals into Project Management.
